If you're an experienced B2B sales professional, freelance consultant, or trusted advisor with a client network—and you're ready to lead high-stakes conversations with business owners, investors, and capital leaders—this is the opportunity to own your income, elevate your impact, and grow with a firm built on performance.
This isn’t a product-pushing sales role. As a Business Solutions Consultant at JF Bicking & Co., you’ll deliver premium strategic advisory solutions tailored to each client’s goals—whether growth, succession, capital planning, or transformation. You'll work consultatively, blending business acumen with a deep understanding of our high-impact services.
What You’ll Do
Lead discovery and strategy sessions with C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and family business owners.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of founders, PE firms, SMEs, nonprofits, and government-facing orgs.
Recommend custom packages of our strategic reports aligned to the client’s objectives.
Translate complex business needs into actionable advisory engagements.
Collaborate with internal advisors and delivery teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Maintain CRM documentation and follow structured reporting and commission protocols.
About the Program
This is a new consultant-led sales program inside a legacy advisory firm—built to scale reach and revenue by expanding our impact across new verticals. The solutions are proven, the client demand is growing, and you’ll be backed by our experienced advisory team for onboarding support, product walkthroughs, and technical scoping.
We have a strong promote-from-within culture, and early hires will be considered for senior roles—including Program Sales Director and team leadership.
Compensation Structure
🔹 Phase 1: Commission-Only (Ramp-Up Period)
First 90 days or until 5 sales are closed (whichever is first).
Commission-only model; no cap on earnings.
Commission per report: $250–$7,100+
Average sale: 2–4 reports bundled; typical deal value: $7K–$25K
Draws available based on activity (optional case-by-case basis).
🔹 Phase 2: Base + Commission Hybrid (Post-Probation)
Base salary determined by sales history and client retention metrics.
Commissions continue with uncapped upside.
OTE: $120K+ with high performers earning $200K–$300K+ annually.
Bonus potential, equity share in projects, and strategic incentives included.
